Q: Will Airport Transportation be provided?

A: Transportation to/from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport will be provided for all Partners and Cisco attendees. Service will be provided to and from the Venetian and Palazzo hotels only. No advance reservations are required.

Arrival

At McCarran Airport Terminals 1 or 3 baggage-claim area, look for a Cisco Ambassador to direct you to the pick-up area. Service available every 15-20 minutes

Q: Will Airport Transportation be provided to other hotels besides the Venetian and Palazzo?

A: No, but Cisco Partner Summit attendees are welcome to take the shuttle to/from the official hotels and transfer to their respective hotel on their own.

Q: Is ID required for Transportation?

A: No, but Transportation staff will check the Cisco Partner Summit Registration list to verify attendee status.

Q: How long does it take to get to/from the Airport?

A: Depending on traffic, it takes approximately 15-20 minutes to get to/from the airport to the Venetian and Palazzo Hotels.

Q: What is the Gold Card and what privileges are included?

A: The personalized Cisco Gold Card identifies attendees as a VIP by giving them special privileges at Partner Summit. Benefits of the Gold Card include:

  • Premium Airport Transportation
  • Personal Concierge
  • Exclusive Access to Cisco Gold Card Lounge at V Bar
  • Shoe Shine and Shirt Press

Q: Will these privileges be offered next year?

A: Unfortunately this special VIP program is only being offered in Vegas this year.

Q: Where can I pick up my Gold Card?

  • Attendees will receive their personalized Gold Card as a room drop at the Venetian and Palazzo Hotels
  • Attendees not in our room block can pick up their Gold Card at the Gold Card Info Desk near registration (see hours below)

Q: What are the operating hours for the Shoe Shine service?

Present your Gold Card for Shoe Shine service, available near Registration

Q: How do I take advantage of the Shirt Press service?

  • Send your shirt for pressing using the in-room laundry service and the cost for one shirt press will be deducted from your guest folio.
  • For same day service, send your shirt before 9am and you will receive it back between 7pm – 9pm the same day.
  • If you send your shirt in after 9am, you will receive it back the next day between 7pm – 9pm.
  • $15 additional surcharge (paid on own) applies for 1 hour press service.

Q: Where can I direct my questions about the Gold Card?

There will be three Gold Card Info Desks:

  • Main Deck located next to registration
  • Satellite Decks near the V Bar and in the Palazzo Lobby

Q: Who is the staff carrying iPads (gold scarves and ties)?

A: Our Docents take customer service to the next level. They will be armed with iPads to answer attendee questions about Partner Summit, Gold Card privileges and Las Vegas. They can pass along dinner reservation requests to the Cisco Gold Card Concierge.
